GMU Begins Cooperation with Primulator
GMU staff members Dr Agnieszka Palka of the Department of Quality Management, and Innovation Brokers Anna Baczewska and Anna Żuławska of the Intellectual Property and Research Commercialisation Team were visitors to the Gdynia site of the company Primulator on 22nd March 2022. The meeting, which included a presentation of the company’s ice creams, follows the conclusion of a framework agreement for cooperation over the next two years. Cooperation with the company was initiated by Anna Baczewska as part of the “Inkubator Innowacyjności 4.0” project as well as a pre-implementation project carried out under the title “Artisan Ice Cream with Health-Promoting Potential”, and headed by Dr Agnieszka Palka.
During the meeting, the two parties confirmed the conditions of the framework agreement, before discussing the next stage of their cooperation with the Primulator’s Regional Director, Krzysztof Kukawka.
Primulator is an innovative company, which strives for the continual improvement of ice cream production processes, whilst maintaining an artisan approach. The meeting also saw presentations by companies Pre GEl and Maluta and provided an opportunity to exchange experiences and network with representatives of some of the regions leading ice cream manufacturers and get to know the industry in more detail on both a regional and national scale.
