Call for Organizational Development Project Proposals
The International Association of Maritime Universities (IAMU) has announced the Call for Organizational Development Project Proposals in FY2025.
All academic staff of IAMU member universities are invited to propose Organizational Development Projects. The deadline for the submission of proposals is 31 January 2025.
IAMU has established a new approach, the "theme-oriented" project, to collect applications for studying specific themes given by the International Executive Board (IEB).
The specific themes for this year are:
- Development of SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timely) mechanisms to collaborate with industrial organizations and
- Investigation and development of the renewed NF-IAMU GMP Fellowship Programme
Key dates for Organizational Development Project 2024 (subject to change)
- November 2024 Call for project proposals
- 31 January 2025 Closing date for applications
- April 2025 Notification of project proposals to be funded
- May 2025 Projects are contracted and launched
- October 2025 Project presentation at IEB meeting/AGA 25 in Chennai, India
- March 2026 Completion of the project and submission of the final report

*Please note that each member university can only submit one proposal
IEB will select a maximum of two projects during the 21st IEB meeting (April) and inform applicant(s) by the end of April.
