Coming Soon on 8th March - GMU Open Day
On 8th March, Gdynia Maritime University will open its doors to secondary school pupils and all those interested in getting to know the University better or studying at one of our four Faculties. The open day will include interesting lectures, workshops, and talks with students and lecturers and give visitors the chance to see our modern laboratories and state-of-the-art simulators.
Final-year pupils considering where to continue their education following this year’s secondary school final exams can familiarise themselves with the degrees on offer at GMU, the admissions procedure and important admissions dates, as well as the conditions of study.
Gdynia Maritime University offers undergraduate and postgraduate degrees and diplomas in both marine and land-based specialisations. Our newest degree programmes prepare graduates for roles in the dynamically developing offshore industry.
Those interested in getting to know our unique University are encouraged to attend the Open Day.

What can I do or see during Open Day?
Our students will be on hand to show prospective students and all those interested around the University and share their knowledge and experience. Student scientific circles will present their activities, hoping to inspire potential candidates and show them the additional opportunities at the University for further developing their skills and interests.
You will have the chance to experience what it is like to be a GMU Student during the lectures held in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
