GMU Enters into Cooperation Agreement with GeoFusion Group
On 25 April 2025, GMU began cooperation with geological research company GeoFusion Group. The agreement was signed by HM The Rector of Gdynia Maritime University, Professor Adam Weintrit, and the President of the Management Board of GeoFusion, Łukasz Porzuczek.
Also representing the University for the occasion were Dr Dariusz Barbucha, Deputy Rector for Science; Professor Tomasz Tarasiuk, Deputy Rector for Internationalisation, Cooperation and Development; Chancellor Filip Malata; and representatives of the GMU Maritime Insititute, Director Professor Krzysztof Czaplewski, and Deputy Director for Operational Affairs, Dr Radosław Opioła.
Within the agreement, the parties declared their willingness to collaborate in the preparation of joint applications for R&D funding and in carrying out research projects and the implementation of innovative solutions.
