Our client - global provider of assurance services from the UK would like to enlarge the team of back office specialists.
Joining Product Certification Scheme Group you will be the first point of contact for clients who are requesting one of marine product certification schemes.
If you are communicative, your English is fluent and you are eager to join the international company to gain some experience - apply!

your tasks
- be the subject matter expert on the process of the various certification schemes
- act as first point of contact for the external client
- deal with queries and build relationships with internal/external clients
- setting up contract agreements specific to the type of work
- dealing with the process from setting up the quote, project, sales order, invoicing etc.
- organizing local attendance at manufacturers, at yards, onboard existing ships for witnessing tests, carrying out production quality assessments etc.
- guiding surveyors and clients through test setup, testing, and witnessing
- advice on specific projects, internal and external, questions received from manufacturers, end clients, colleagues, shipyards, competitors, or laboratories
what we expect
- proficient English (minimim B2 level)
- familiarity with computer systems
- secondary education or relevant apprenticeship (experience or education in marine area will be a huge asset)
- excellent communication skills
- strong customer orientation
- understand customers’ businesses and their requirements
- attention to detail and data correctness
