Finite Element Analyse Engineer
Location: Gdańsk
Ferchau Poland invites good problem solvers, creative with methodical attitude to join our team in Gdańsk. Candidate will be responsible for Finite Element Analysis & material characterization, along with verification and validation of mechanical simulation models.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Preparing surface models of existing solid steel structures for FEM analysis
- Proceeding and analyzing following simulations: static, dynamic, buckling and non-linearity
- Preparing simulation reports and conclusions
- Proposing solutions to optimize structure
Skills and Qualifications
- BSc/MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar discipline
- 2+ years of commercial experience in FEA field
- Proficiency with ANSYS
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, proficiency in Polish, German will be an advantage
