The Unifeeder Graduate Program is designed to prepare you for an international career. During the 2-year program, you will have multiple rotations in several different locations across Europe, Asia Pacific, and the United Arab Emirates, including rotations at our Headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark and Head Office in Mumbai, India.

You may become acquainted with several aspects of our business, depending on your specialisation:

• How to plan and make decisions in a dynamic and high/paced environment, finding optimal solutions for carrying our customers’ cargo
• How to execute strategy in our operating network of vessels carrying goods and services across the globe
• How to work across teams and locations from HQ to regional functions
• How to optimize day-to-day management of our vessels, in close cooperation with our vendors and HQ in the most cost-efficient way
• How to carry out professional customer interactions and ensure constant business growth and profitability
• How to ensure efficient day to day financial operations
• How to implement quality-enhancing and cost-saving procurement strategies
• How to develop tech-innovative IT solutions supporting dynamically changing business needs
• How to make global business processes lean & agile – continuous improvement as a definition of growth

Furthermore, we expect that you:

• Have recently graduated (or will graduate in the Summer of 2024) with a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Transport & Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Shipping and Trade, Finance and/or Accounting, Information Technology Management, International Business or similar.
• Speak fluent English (business proficiency level).
• Are ambitious, proactive and enjoy bringing new ideas to the table.
• Have an international mindset.
• Are mobile to pursue a career in one of our regional offices located in North Europe, the Mediterranean, Asia Pacific or theUAE.
• Preferably have previous international experience and/or educational background (studies, internship, work, project abroad).
