Confirmation of Stay
Upon return, students should report to the Erasmus+ Programme Administrative Coordinator with the following documents:
- Transcript of Records
- Certificate of Attendance
Some universities may send certificates by post to the student's home address or directly to the University. In addition, every student returning to the Erasmus+ programme is required to complete an online survey on their stay abroad and a follow-up test on the foreign language. Information on how to complete the survey and the test are sent out automatically from the European Commission to the student's email address. Following the submission of the abovementioned documents, the Administrative Coordinator shall designate the student's scholarship as complete and arrange for the transfer to the student's bank account of the remaining grant due (10%). The Learning Agreement or the certificate of completion of the internship/ period of work experience should also be submitted (in the original) to the Dean of the student's Faculty at GMU. This document will provide the basis for the completion of a period of study or an internship/work experience carried out abroad.
And that's not all!
Following their return from abroad, students are invited to get involved as ERASMUS+ Programme Mentors in the University's Students' Parliament. The organisation actively supports students Erasmus+ students attending our University through the organisation of integration activities. By continuing to establish international contacts, GMU mentors get the chance to extend their Erasmus adventure in an attractive way.
