HRS4R at GMU
Gdynia Maritime University has undertaken efforts to implement the principles of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers.
The most important benefits to GMU of the HRS4R are:
- Improved attractiveness of employment at the University due to a favourable working environment for research and a transparent recruitment process;
- Recognition of the University as an institution that provides researchers with highly favourable working conditions that comply with European standards in which to carry out research and R&D work.
