Marek Kacprzak
Marek Kacprzak ─ attorney-at-law, managing partner at Kacprzak Radcy Prawni. He specializes in advising the maritime and shipbuilding sectors, in particular in offshore projects and shipbuilding projects. As part of advising Crist S.A., he participated in the construction of Innovation (NB 142/1) and Vidar (NB 130) of two Heavy Lift Jack up Vessel vessels for the construction of offshore wind farms. He provided legal advice on maritime law and transport law to PGNiG S.A. He represents foreign entities in proceedings conducted in the territory of Polish (BigLift Shipping B.V. with its registered office in Amsterdam, Zeppelin GmbH with its registered office in Friedrichshafen).
