Student Assistant – Global Logistics

LEO Pharma is looking for a motivated student assistant, who can actively take part in activities across Global Logistics Replenishment Team.

By joining LEO Pharma Shipping Team as a student assistant, you will enter a truly international company, with operations globally. Our department is located in Global Business Service Center in Gdansk.

We are looking for a qualified student assistant who will enjoy supporting the LEO Pharma Group with various shipping-related tasks. We are looking for a student assistant, who has a flair for and interest in logistics and supply chain, and who is willing to be challenged both professionally and personally. We expect you to be working 30 hours per week and we will be flexible during exam periods.

Your role:

• Supply of products (finished goods + semi-finished goods) to affiliate markets (3PL warehouse) and customers. Ensure right choice of transport and excellent customer service.
• Ensure that transports are planned in accordance with fixed procedures (packaging solution, routing etc.) in the most cost-effective way and in compliance with GDP.

• Provide timely and reliable delivery information.
• Participate actively in ongoing optimization of routines and methods in collaboration with team colleagues, so that efficiency is continuously improved and adapted in accordance with the cur-rent situation.
• Ensure order and structure in all documents, files and emails related to tasks and area of responsibility in accordance with agreed standards.

Your Qualifications:

The person we are looking for is studying a relevant bachelor or master's degree within logistics, transportation, management, or economics. We expect you to be passionate, eager to learn, service-minded, engaged by nature, flexible and good at reaching your deadlines. This is a learning position.

Furthermore, we expect from you to be strong in written and oral English.
