Malte Paul
Malte Paul is a Senior Manager with more than 12 years’ offshore wind experience in engineering, project management and leadership. He graduated as a mechanical engineer from the University of Applied Sciences Hamburg and is currently developing wind farms and renewable energy projects at Aker Offshore Wind, a Norwegian offshore wind developer focused on assets in deep waters and specialized on floating energy systems.
He managed wind farm projects as Logistics & Construction Package Manager and most recently as Project Director FEW Baltic II Windfarm (near Ustka/Poland). For RWE Offshore Wind he was responsible for all RWE Offshore Wind activities in Poland and has excellent knowledge of the market, its processes, stakeholders and authorities.
